The beauty of Alana De La Garza has made an impression even on tiny screens. The year was 1976. De La Garza was born to a Mexican-American father as well as an Irish-American mom in Columbus Ohio. De La Garza soon moved to Texas to study physical therapy at University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last very long in Texas then moved into Orlando Florida where she experienced a variety of acting roles including local independent films and global commercials. Her passion for acting quickly grew for the art of acting even in small roles. She relocated to New York. Her first gig was in the soap opera All My Children. In the beginning of 2000, she acted minor roles on JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. In 2004 she was cast in her first series part on The Mountain, the short-lived drama on television. She played Maria Serrano and De La Garza had the privilege to share the screen with some famous TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. Her most memorable role was on Law & Order where she played A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She was featured in 85 episodes. Then she joined the brief-lived spin-off Law & Order: LA. The character she played brought De La Garza several nominations such as Best Supporting Actress - Television from the Imagen Foundation Awards and even numerous ALMA Award noms. In 2008, De La Garza won the Impact Award at National Hispanic Media Coalition's Outstanding Performance Award for a Dramatic Television Series. Just a few minutes later, De La Garza was cast on CSI Miami in a recurring role. She was cast as Marisol Delko, the wife of David Caruso's Horatio. The most recent television appearance was with NBC's rather dark drama Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. After two episodes the series was cancelled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her older twin brother Cory has a ten year old brother who is older than her. The family she was raised in was strict and religious parents. Milano started her acting career when she was seven after her babysitter joined her at an audition. Four girls were selected from more than a thousand aspirants. Milano was featured on television in commercials, and off Broadway productions, including the musical adaptation to Jane Eyre.
